Morning Meal (Breakfast)

Mid-day Meal (Lunch)
Lunch should be something to look forward to – a nice break that leaves you brimming with energy for the rest of the day. That’s why we serve plenty of fresh vegetables inspired by the different Seasons! We are passionate about the ingredients that we use – particularly local and organic produce. Come and join us for a delicious break!
Treats (all day long)
We’re not playing the conference hotel game. Or: That’s what we do. It explains why the ice cream and popcorn in your break is on us. We love popcorn and ice cream, and bet you do too! There’s also unlimited coffee to keep you going!

In all our restaurants, you can expect the good old’ Brasserie X signatures - and to top it off, a range of local plates that vary from location to location.

We have large conference rooms and event spaces, as well as smaller breakout venues and boardrooms, so we really can accommodate all kind of groups in our hotels in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
